1. They are not a cure (but a healing)

3.They are not loud (and arise from the quiet mind)
4. They are not punitive (but are forgiving)
5. They are not speedy (but slow down “time” to no time)
6. They may not work immediately (but may take several hours or days to see the full impact– sometimes several months or years)
7. They are not Heaven, Hell, Nirvana or the great unfathomable Void. (But are a glimmering path that leads to your own inner wisdom).
8.They are not a way to bargain with the goddess of your understanding (but it is a way you can talk to your higher Power).
9. They are not one thing–(but encompass all the spiritual truths throughout the ages).
10. They are not meditation, which is you talking to God (but a way for you to create your dance with Goddess).
11. And speaking of dance, how many of you have danced today?
