QUIET MIND

April 10, 2021

Memories are not all they’re cracked up to be. Wiping out memory with dementia or stroke can be a blessing if we accept the moment at hand. Living in the NOW as a spiritual practice does the same thing.

We must foster soul relationships where we all agree that the soul does not die, nor does it experience guilt or shame, attack or a hold grievances. Memories in Soul Land are best left behind.

Hollow Bamboo Breathing and spiritual practices that release the clinging of the mind, aversions and attractions, are why we are here: to take the curriculum to set us free.

But we can’t deny our humanity. We are humans and by extension, a part of the animal species. As we learn to quiet the mind and open the heart, we will embrace a fully actualize life. People will be healed in our presence.

Spiritual Practices quiet the mind and open the intuitive heart. I have come to discover that by taking my spiritual practices “off the cushion” and into the world, I am less concerned by the physical ego world most of humanity currently resides in.

Earth school is forgiveness school. That’s the only thing we have to learn. In order to fully forgive the form, the reality that we’ve been born into, we will become light beings when we learn to love everyone. When my mother passed from this life into the next, I was given the gift of unconditional love. It lasted a total of one week yet that plane of consciousness is real. It exists.

I am learning to access that again in my year long meditation retreat with Will Johnson. OM
