I became fascinated with the breath as I bore witness to Tomaso taking his last. Yes, I revived him long enough for CPR to take him to the hospital. He had been having classic covid 19 symptoms, mid February, but the country was not yet on the alert for the virus. The shock and sadness of Tomaso’s passing was followed by solitary confinement, when the country shut down because of CV 19. In the meantime, I studied online spiritual courses, especially involving meditation, mindfulness and the breath, finally connecting to Tomaso’s spiritual teacher, Will Johnson. I look forward to continuing my spiritual work with Will in 2021, and NOW as well.
